What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–3 years hands-on EHS experience in a manufacturing environment, NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (HVK or MVK), Bachelor’s degree (e. g. , Safety, Process Safety, Environment), Understanding of corporate risk management systems, Fluent in Dutch and English
Nice to Have
SAP is a plus, Completed or willing to complete relevant trainings (Safety & Quality, behavior/house rules, KHMS)
What You'll Do.
Embed Safety values and Safety Leadership Principles
Support site risk management processes
Contribute to annual improvement plans
Drive continuous improvement in risk management
Strengthen a proactive safety culture
Support internal and external engagement
and site leadership are competent
Ensure accurate reporting of EHS KPIs
Support Asset Conservation and Business Continuity planning
Participate in the site security team
Act as Head of the Emergency Response Team
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with Operations; Join a team of two EHS Specialists; Work with a Health & Safety Manager; Drive continuous improvement together with stakeholders; Support internal and external engagement with the H&S Manager; Participate in the site security team

Fluent in Dutch and English
