The EHS Specialist will partner closely with operations, engineering, maintenance, and leadership to identify hazards, assess risk, implement effective controls, and drive strong employee engagement in new Health & Safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will thrive in an environment where they can help build programs from the ground up while supporting both production and innovation. # **Job Description** **Key Responsibilities** * Develop, implement, and sustain site **Health & Safety programs**, procedures, and safe work practices for an **advanced materials manufacturing environment**. * Conduct **qualitative and quantitative risk assessments** for manufacturing processes, equipment, materials, and work areas. * Identify and mitigate hazards associated with advanced materials manufacturing, including: * **ergonomic stressors** from material handling and repetitive tasks * **combustible dust and particulate exposure** generated through machining, finishing, material handling, or powder-related processes * **confined spaces** associated with equipment or process systems * **hot surfaces and thermal hazards** from ovens, furnaces, curing, heat treatment, or other high-temperature operations * **high noise expo
