Must be available to work flexible shifts including days, nights and/or weekends. Must obtain an adult First Aid, CPR, AED certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 3 weeks of start date if not already certified. Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach. Ability to stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts. Ability to work in an environment where the noise level varies. Ability to work in an environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather. Ability to continuously climb and descend stairs. Ability to maintain effective care delivery in emergencies and assist emergency response at the site.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school or equivalent. A minimum of 1 year in an environmental Health & Safety (EHS) related field. Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel in a professional capacity. Experience maintaining confidentiality in matter involving security and/or personal issues in the workplace.
Nice to Have
Experience in worker's compensation case management. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a safety related field. Experience leading and managing a team. Ability to analyze accident data, new processes, and machinery for potential safety concerns and conduct job hazard and job safety analyses. Experience in emergency response and currently holds First Aid and CPR certificates.
