You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental safety laws on site and produce detailed reports on the work environment by evaluating the daily business operations for potential hazards, you will seek continuous improvement opportunities to better protect employees and the environment. This position is currently advertised as an 8-hour evening shift. However, shift patterns and durations may be subject to change, including the possibility of shifts of up to 12 hours, in line with operational requirements. Any such changes will be communicated in advance with appropriate notice. * **Night shift: Mon - Thu 23:00 PM to 07:00 AM, Fri 21:00 PM to 04:00 AM** **Key Responsibilities and End Results:** * Manage all aspects of health and safety on site * Develop and update safety, environment, and health procedures. * Perform audits for compliance with legislation on health and safety, food hygiene and food standards withing canteen on company premisses * Identify / report / take appropriate action in the event of non-compliance identified by employee’s safety walks, during inspections / audits. * Facilitate emergency preparedness and response. * Support the EHSMP (EHS management program) with EHS team.
