Backed by advanced technology, lifecycle services and an industry-leading field organization, we elevate customer performance, turn goals into real-world results and help move society forward. **Build your best future with the Johnson Controls team** ### **Key Responsibilities** * Install, configure, and commission complex field devices and system components as per project requirements. * Utilize standard commissioning tools and software for system setup and validation. * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues during installation and post-installation phases. * Perform functional testing to ensure systems meet operational and performance standards. * Respond to and resolve basic warranty and service-related calls in a timely manner. * Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and customers to ensure smooth project execution. * Provide regular updates on project status, issues, and resolutions to relevant stakeholders. * Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and quality procedures. * Maintain proper documentation of installation, commissioning, and service activities. ### **Required Qualifications** * Diploma / Associate Degree (2-year) in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field _(or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience)_ * Minimum **4 years of experience** in installation, commissioning, or field service of building systems / industrial systems * Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and commissioning too
