Promoting a safety culture where employees understand and embrace EHS practices
Communicating key safety messages across all levels of the organization
Leading response and learning when incidents occur
Investigating accidents and near-misses to identify root causes
Preparing and maintaining accurate incident reports
Ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented and monitored
Ensuring readiness for emergencies
Planning and coordinating emergency drills and response actions
Reviewing and updating emergency plans regularly
Training key personnel in response procedures
Reducing environmental impacts and supporting sustainability initiatives
