What They're Looking For.
Must Have
BS in related field of science or engineering (4 years of direct applicable experience as a substitute), 5+ years of EHS experience, including direct experience in semiconductor fabrication facilities, 2+ years supervisory/leadership experience, Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or U.S. lawful permanent resident) as per sponsor requirements.
Nice to Have
Professional certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), or CHMM., 10+ years of EHS experience, including direct experience in semiconductor fabrication facilities., Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems., Knowledge of process safety management (PSM) and risk-based process safety in semiconductor environments., Experience leading EHS programs supporting new fab construction/start-up.
