We are now pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced **EHS Manager** to join our team on a major **Data Centre project**. Reporting to the **EHS Lead** , this role will play a key part in ensuring that all works are delivered in compliance with Winthrop’s Safety Management System and in accordance with statutory legislation and best practice standards. **Requirements** * Oversee project compliance with the **Winthrop Safety Management System**. * Develop and maintain **Construction Stage Health & Safety Plans**. * Prepare and analyse **H &S performance reports and metrics** for management review. * Keep **senior management** informed of ongoing H&S initiatives, performance, and progress. * Ensure compliance with all relevant **Environmental, Health & Safety statutory provisions and legislation**. * Implement and maintain **Winthrop Technologies PSCS Environmental, Health & Safety Plans**. * Oversee and support the development of **method statements, risk assessments, Safe Plans of Action (SPA)** , and **permit-to-work systems**. * Monitor compliance with the **Project Execution Plan** and associated safety standards. * Promote and maintain a **positive safety culture** across the project and wider business. * Manage **C.O.S.H.H. assessments** and ensure control measures are implemented effectively. * Ensure that **safety observations, interventions, and corrective actions** are recorded and closed out. * Conduct regular **site inspections and audits** , documenting findings and ensuring corrective actions are completed. * Maintain accurate records of **statutory inspections and documentation**. * Proactively identify and mitigate project EHS risks. * Ensure **subcontract
