Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in related field, 8-10+ years of EHS / environmental / sustainability experience, knowledge of Japan regulatory requirements and Internation Safety Standard, Lead Auditor for ISO45001 and ISO 14001, Experience in manufacturing, high-tech, or industrial operations, Fluent Japanese and business English
Nice to Have
Professional certification in EHS, environmental management, industrial hygiene, or lead auditor qualification., Experience in multinational or matrix organizations., Experience supporting regulatory inspections, customer audits, and corporate compliance reviews., Familiarity with contractor safety management, machine safety, and operational risk control in manufacturing environments.

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with cross-functional leadership; Work closely with site leadership, operations, engineering, facilities, HR, and regional teams to integrate EHS requirements into business operations, projects, and organizational decisions.

Fluent Japanese and business English
