Must Have
several years’ experience in EHS lead Management positions, working on large scale, complex projects, Practiced in project control mechanisms, technical risk assessments, communication skills, ability to visualize issues and communicate them to others, Outstanding organization, coordination, and leadership skills, ability to coordinate and motivate groups of Consultants / Contractors, Experienced in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, comfortable with being client facing, Ability to work collaboratively and pro-actively in a team environment, ability in English speaking and writing

Ensure awareness of Safety
Supervise EHS oversight resources
Assessment of contractor safety plans
Approval of contractor safety plans
Review High Risk Activities
Comment on High Risk Activities
Champion safety initiatives
Support safety campaigns
Lead root cause analysis
Provide Safety support
Provide Safety guidance
Ensure safety requirements are met
Ensure local codes are met
Ensure synergy with Safety Programme
