**Our vision is to transform how the world uses information to enrich life for _all_. ** Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. **緊急****應變管理** 緊急應變管理涵蓋異常事件的處理、通報及系統建檔，並透過持續的改善追蹤與檢討會議進行成效檢視，同時強化應變流程優化與跨部門溝通協調，以確保整體應變機制之有效性與持續精進。 **稽核****與風險管控** 透過每日巡檢與專案性安全、環保及消防稽核機制，結合系統管理，並強化高風險作業（如局限空間、動火及吊掛）之查核作業，以持續提升現場風險辨識與預防能力，確保作業安全與營運穩定。 **作業****與設備管理** 透過進廠前安全檢查（涵蓋設備、車輛與危險品），結合3R作業驗證（拆管、Decon及驗機）機制，並強化EHS相關儀器、SCBA、防護衣及消防設備之管理，以確保作業前風險控管到位，提升現場安全防護與應變能力。 **制度與****訓練****推動** 透過ERT訓練與應變演練（涵蓋初訓、複訓及承攬商訓練），結合消防與公共安全檢查機制，並落實文件管理、改善追蹤及總部報告作業，以持續強化應變能力與管理效能，確保整體安全體系之穩定運作與持續精進。 **核心能力** 透過緊急應變與事故處理機制，結合危害辨識與高風險作業管控，並運用稽核與法規應用能力強化制度落實，同時透過數據分析驅動持續改善，以全面提升組織安全管理效能與風險防控能力。 **Qualifications** 必須取得消防設備師(士)/職業安全管理師/ 職業衛生管理師/ 職業安全衛生管理員其中之一之證照 **Education** 消防安全、職業安全與衛生、環境工程、環境管理或相關部門的學士學位。 （最低要求) **About Micron Technology, Inc.** We are an industry leader in innovative memory and storage solutions transforming how the world uses information to enrich life _for all_.
