What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical, 10 years in Engineering, R&D, or Safety Leadership, Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Experience with Six Sigma methodologies, Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards, leadership skills
Nice to Have

This position ensures the site is meeting the global and local environmental, health, and safety requirements; engineering projects are executed effectively; utilities and facilities are maintained to ensure safety, compliance, and productivity; OT/IT infrastructure and cybersecurity compliance; and maintenance of the facilities and utilities systems to ensure the site functions as desired to enable production. The individual needs to understand manufacturing, packing, and warehouse technology; Industry standards for Project Management and Capital Systems management; and EHS local and corporate standards. They need to understand the business strategies and how to translate the strategies into the objectives of Engineering and EHS. They need to be able to translate the innovation and growth requirements into the Safety and Quality compliant equipment solutions that meet the business timing and cost.
