Must Have
Bachelor's degree or above, 1-3 years EHS management experience, Familiar with national laws and regulations on hazardous chemicals, ozone-depleting substances (ODS), and occupational health, Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, Excellent project promotion skills, Meticulous and rigorous, Strong sense of responsibility, Strong data management skills

What You'll Do.
Sort and manage chemical data and processes
Establish chemical inventory and assess chemicals
Sort refrigerant management process
Obtain sales and maintenance data
Report refrigerant data regularly
Manage occupational health work
Communicate with employees and hospitals
Establish employee health examination files
Communicate and cooperate with relevant personnel in China
Identify key nodes for chemical safety management
Establish China chemical safety management process
Establish and maintain unified chemical inventory
Organize information including supplier and SDS
Match with relevant material numbers
Analyze existing and new chemicals
Ensure all admitted chemicals are compliant
Professionally evaluate existing and potential chemical suppliers
Establish and dynamically update refrigerant management list
Ensure 100% compliance with refrigerant list
Coordinate with relevant business departments
Systematically sort refrigerant business data
Form a comprehensive dynamic global view
Accurately input refrigerant sales and maintenance data

What you will do: 作为EHS工程师，梳理化学品数据和管理过程，建立化学品清单并评估；梳理冷媒的管理过程，获取销售和维修数据，定期上报；管理职业健康的工作，与员工和医院保持沟通，建立员工体检档案（一人一档） How you will do it: * 化学品全流程管理 1\. 问题梳理：与中国区各法人单位的相关人员沟通合作，全面梳理现行化学品管理过程，建立相关方及人员清单。 2\. 体系搭建：根据合规要求，识别化学品关键节点，搭建中国区化学品安全管理流程。 3\. 化学品清单管理：主导建立并维护公司统一的化学品清单，与相关人员沟通，整理包括供应商、化学品安全技术说明书（SDS）等在内的相关信息，并与相关物料号匹配，实现标准化管理。 4\. 化学品评估与管理：对现有及新进的化学品进行分析，确保所有准入化学品合规有效， 5\. 供应商评估：对现有及潜在化学品供应商进行专业评估，从源头管控风险与质量。 * 冷媒数据整理与填报 1\. 清单维护：紧跟国家法律法规动态，建立并动态更新冷媒管理清单，确保100%合规。 2\. 经营数据整合：协同相关业务部门，系统梳理中国区所有法人单位的冷媒经营数据，形成全面的动态全局视图。 3\. 数据定期报送：作为数据出口，定期准确录入冷媒销售、维修等关键数据，满足监管要求。 * 职业健康管理 1\. 制度建立：依据国家法律法规，从零搭建并完善公司职业健康管理制度，奠定管理基础。 2\. 外部资源协调：寻找各办事处所在地的职业健康体检机构，建立并维护合作关系，打通体检流程。 3\. 内部推动执行：与各办事处运作经理紧密合作，推动相关人员按期完成健康体检，并及时处理各类异常状况。 4\. 档案建立与管理：梳理全体员工职业健康体检结果，严格实行“一人一档”管理，确保档案完整可追溯。 5\. 异常闭环跟进：对体检异常结果专项跟进，确保每例异常均得到妥善处理与记录，形成管理闭环。对整体数据进行分析，为下一步职业健康管理改进建立基础. * 公司和领导安排的其他工作 What we look for: **Required** * 本科及以上学历； * 1-3年EHS管理经验，有化学品管理、职业健康管理等实操经验者优先。 * 熟悉国家关于危险化学品、消耗臭氧层物质（ODS）及职业健康相关的法律法规。 * 具备出色的跨部门沟通协调能力和项目推动能力。 * 细致严谨，有极强的责任心和数据管理能力。
