Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field, 5+ years EHS experience, Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO), Registered SCDF Fire Safety Manager (FSM), Knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation, Experience with incident investigation, Experience with structured problem solving, Experience with corrective action management, Ability to work in team-based environment, Ability to analyze issues, Ability to prioritize actions, Ability to drive execution

The EHS Engineer plays a critical role in supporting a safe, compliant, and operationally effective work environment across manufacturing, engineering, test, and site support functions. This role partners closely with operations, maintenance, engineering, and leadership teams to identify and reduce risk, ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements, and drive continuous improvement. The role is expected to apply FLIGHT DECK principles by helping teams establish standard work, use daily and visual management to expose gaps, and drive disciplined problem solving and action planning to improve site performance.
