What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years due diligence & remediation experience, Bachelor's Degree in Geology, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Chemical or Environmental Engineering, or related field, Experience serving as a technical expert, Knowledge and experience of ASTM Phase standards, Understand core business and legal concepts of business transactions, Understand core business and legal concepts of real estate business transactions, Experience in development and implementation of environmental standards and policies, Experience building cross-functional partnerships, Experience influencing stakeholders across the organization
Nice to Have
Master's degree or equivalent, Experience in a dynamic, changing/growing organization, High level of interpersonal skills, Exceptional organizational skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ability to collaborate with multiple interested parties, Ability to manage a high-volume workload, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Additional language fluency is a bonus

Scope remediation projects
Manage remediation projects
Develop Amazon standards and policy
Implement program requirements
Execute program requirements
Manage programs at the corporate level
Evaluate risks and liabilities
Mitigate risks and liabilities
Provide single point of contact to transaction teams
Support transaction teams
Complete reviews of due diligence information
Evaluate potential exposure risks
Investigate potential exposure risks
Scope phase II site investigations
Manage phase II site investigations
Perform Vapor Intrusion Screenings
Perform Health Risk Assessments
Provide support and training to teams
Provide support and training to partners
Draft mitigation plans
Oversee design of sub-slab depressurization systems
Oversee installation of sub-slab depressurization systems
Oversee installation of enhanced ventilation
Liaise with Real Estate teams
Liaise with Legal teams
Liaise with Construction teams
Liaise with Launch teams
Provide review and feedback for contractor work
Provide review and feedback for developer work
Provide review and feedback for consultant work
