Must Have

10+ years progressive EHS experience, 5+ years senior leadership role, Manage teams and programs, Deep OSHA 29 CFR 1910 and 1926 knowledge, Deep EPA regulations knowledge, Deep DOT requirements knowledge, Multi-state compliance frameworks knowledge, Lead, develop, and retain EHS teams, Reduce incident rates, Manage regulatory relationships, Build scalable EHS programs, Executive-level communication skills, Present to boards, clients, and regulators, Wear and enforce required PPE, Ability to walk, climb, and stand, Occasional lifting up to 30 lbs

Nice to Have

Master's degree preferred, Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred, Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) preferred, Experience in electrical field service preferred, Experience in energy field service preferred, Experience in utilities field service preferred, Experience in mechanical field service preferred, Familiarity with ISO 45001, Familiarity with ISO 14001, NFPA 70E Arc Flash qualification, Experience with electrical safety work practices, Experience with enterprise EHS software platforms
