Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. ## **What You 'll Be Doing** **Keeping the Property Safe - Fire & Emergency:** * Check **fire pump rooms** every day to make sure everything's working * Monitor **smoke ventilation** and **pressurization systems** * Maintain **fire safety equipment** * Inspect **hydrant** and **sprinkler valves** regularly **Day-to-Day Safety Management:** * Run **evacuation drills** so everyone knows what to do in emergencies * Handle **hot work permits** when contractors need to do welding or similar work * Check that people are using proper **safety gear (PPE)** * **Investigate incidents** that happen and figure out what went wrong **Standards & Compliance:** * Keep our **ISO certifications** current (Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety) * Make sure we're following all **EHS policies** * Do **risk assessments** to spot potential problems * Stay on top of **government regulations** * Manage our **British Safety Council Five Star Audit** **Everyday Operations:** * Manage **traffic flow** on the property * Train **security guards** on safety procedures * Make sure **safety signs** are where they need to be * Keep all the **paperwork and records** up to date * Check that **emergency equipment** is ready to go **Training & Communication:** * Teach **employees** about safety * Brief **contractors** before they start work * Plan **safety awareness campaigns** * Work with different teams to keep everyone informed ## What You'll
