What They're Looking For.

Must Have

7+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, provider engagement, network strategy, healthcare technology, or related roles, Proven success influencing and leading work across highly matrixed organizations, Understanding of payer-provider dynamics and provider workflows, Excellent communication, relationship-building, and strategic problem-solving skills, Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling value propositions, Willingness to travel up to 25%, Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week in-office) if located within 50 miles of a Cigna office

Nice to Have

Experience working with EHR platforms such as Epic or Cerner, Background in EHR integration, clinical data exchange, or prior authorization solutions, Experience leading enterprise initiatives or special projects with executive visibility, Bachelor’s degree in a related field
