What They're Looking For.
Must Have
CHST certification or a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in construction safety, Deep knowledge of OSHA standards, risk mitigation, and industrial safety best practices, Demonstrated leadership ability with communication and analytical skills, Proficiency with Microsoft Office and safety management software
Nice to Have
Experience in electrical safety and data center construction
What You'll Do.
Provide day‑to‑day safety leadership on a major power plant project
Ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations
Elevating safety performance across site operations
Maintaining a proactive safety culture
Enforce Loenbro’s safety policies
and training programs across all site activities
and support a team of field safety professionals
Conduct daily site audits
and hazard assessments to ensure full regulatory and corporate compliance
Lead incident and near‑miss investigations
and drive corrective actions
Maintain accurate documentation including safety metrics
Collaborate closely with project leadership
and regulatory agencies to advance safety initiatives
Support planning and execution of high‑risk activities including electrical work and critical lifts
proactive safety culture through coaching
and engagement with the workforce
