This role ensures full compliance with corporation, federal, state, and local regulations while fostering a proactive safety culture. **What a typical day looks like:** * Lead the execution of EH&S programs across manufacturing sites and offices, ensuring performance in cost, efficiency, and compliance. * Develop and manage EH&S budgets, schedules, and performance metrics. * Drive compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and RBA standards; lead internal and external audits as a Certified Lead Auditor. * Oversee industrial safety and mach.ine safety programs in high-growth manufacturing environments * Lead EH&S strategy for new business ramp-ups, including implementation of management systems and safety frameworks. * Design and execute emergency response programs, including large-scale drills, crisis management, and Business Continuity Planning (BCP). * Conduct safety training, awareness programs, and technical presentations * Ensure compliance in facilities, equipment, and infrastructure according to regulatory standards. * Act as a strategic advisor to business units and leadership on EH&S matters. * Recommend and implement policy improve
