Must Have

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Environment or Health Sciences or equivalent experience in EH&S and knowledge of related regulations, codes, and guidelines., +7 years of related experience in EH&S or related position., Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of site EHS programs, including OSHA compliance, Lockout/Tagout, Machine Guarding, Hazard Communication, Confined Space, Fall Protection, Electrical Safety, Emergency Response, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics, and Contractor safety., Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (OSHA, EPA, NFPA, state AED requirements, etc. ), Maintains required documentation, permits, and records, Develop and deliver EHS training for employees, supervisors, and contractors., Drives behavior-based safety initiatives, conducts training, and fosters a "safety first" mindset across all levels., Facilitate EHS Committee meetings, toolbox talks, and employee engagement initiatives., Promote a culture of accountability, hazard reporting, and continuous improvement., Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation., Track and analyze EHS metrics to identify trends and drive improvements., Manage Workers' Compensation cases., Conduct routine site inspections, audits, and risk assessments., Partner with operations to integrate safety into equipment design, process changes, and new projects., Oversee environmental programs, including waste management, air emissions, stormwater, and chemical storage., Ensure compliance with environmental permits and reporting requirements.
