Drive rack standardization

Drive enclosure standardization

Serve as technical anchor

Own end-to-end EGSE design

Own end-to-end EGSE delivery

Design mechanical layout

Design electrical schematics

Create drawing packages

Check-out first article

Lead harness fabrication

Fabricate to MIL-spec

Define shielding strategy

Perform crimp inspection

Perform backshell installation

Define build quality standards

Enforce rack standardization

Develop parts inventory strategy

Develop procurement approach

Minimize single-point-of-failure

Drive signal integrity decisions

Drive power architecture decisions

Develop HIL test system architecture

Expand HIL test systems

Provide hands-on technical support

Support test campaigns

Support bring-up activities

Provide on-site support

Mentor mid-level engineers
