What You'll Do.

Develop and maintain the Technical Package ensuring that the most technically efficient, modern, flexible and low-cost method is achieved., Define and maintain technical requirements for component repair processes and ensure the component repair network meets them., Ensure that the required Maintenance, Operational and Overhaul Technical data meets the Company's Regulatory requirements, contractual and customer commitments and delivery is managed through the technical authoring supply chain., Support Product quality assessments e.

First and Last Article Inspections (FAI/LAI) at manufacturing and/or overhaul facilities including approving repair suppliers by Verification Production Method (GP EP3.

4)., Understand product service deterioration and collate findings from maintenance, repair overhaul facilities to feed into the product maturity strategy/life-cycle cost opportunities., Ensure technical solutions meet agreed requirements, including but not limited to returning service run components back to serviceable condition., Support the set up and approval of new repair and overhaul facilities and capabilities., Identify repair technology gaps.

## **Job Description** **Job Title:** EfS (Engineering for Services) MRO Engineer **Working Pattern:** Full-time **Working location:** Indianapolis, IN Create value by engineering optimised MRO methods through integrating between Rolls-Royce and the Maintenance and Overhaul network, with special focus on driving efficiencies / developing competitive for Rolls-Royce.
