Full Job Description

Objective of job: We are seeking an experienced EEA engineer in system-level design and automotive electronics/hardware/network-related roles. You will work with the principal architectures and other domain experts for our next generation vehicle EEA platforms (ICE/EV), responsible for delivery tangible technical solution. Your core mission is to co-work with domain experts and utilize efficient tools to co-create a future-proof computing platform that lays the foundation system bedrock for our software-defined vehicle strategy. Task Description: E/E Architecture Design and Integration: Design and integrate the vehicle-level electrical/electronic architecture, including network topology, function allocation, signal definition, and power distribution, ensuring seamless collaboration among ECUs. Requirements Management, Analysis, documentation: Collect, analyze, and manage functional, performance, and safety requirements for the vehicle E/E system to ensure the architectural design aligns with overall vehicle functional definitions; System Modeling and Simulation: Perform system modeling using tools (e.g., PREEvision, SystemWeaver) and conduct simulation-based verification to validate the feasibility and performance of architectural solutions. Communication Protocol Design: Design in-vehicle network communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet), including message/signal definition and diagnostic services, ensuring reliable and real-time data communication. Work with other EEA experts and suppliers, benchmark competitor EEA solution, communicate with China management and global EEA team to promote China EEA solution.   Qualification Education:  Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or related fields. Experience:  Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automotive electronics/hardware/network-related roles, ECU, BCM etc. development experience preferred.  Proficient English writing and speaking skills
