In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering learning experiences to build skills and competencies across our organization. You will have the chance to engage in delivering role-based training for new hires, managing learning programs, participating in instructional design, and coordinating training/onboarding activities. **On-site presence is required at least once a month at your local CBO during Manestream in-office days. Additionally, attendance at an annual company meeting which will involve travel.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Deliver engaging and effective informal and formal learning solutions, preparing for training delivery for in-person and remote solutions. * Participate in training projects and activities, using learning metrics and analytics to measure the impact. * Assist in the design and development of informal and formal learning solutions using a variety of methods. * Assist with onboarding of new teammates. * Perform other duties as assigned. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Education, or related area (preferred). * Healthcare industry experience (preferred). * Effective training and presentation skills. * Passion for training and people development. * Effective planning and time management skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. * Independent judgement and decision-making skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint (preferred). * Excellent interpersonal skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
