With access to university spaces, collaborative partnerships with the Macquarie School of Education, and a genuine commitment to professional growth. **About the Role** Reporting to the Room Leader, you will contribute to the delivery of high-quality education and care programs at either Mia Mia Child and Family Study Centre or Gumnut Cottage, two of the four Early Learning Centres operating at Macquarie University. Your key responsibilities consist of: * Contributing to the educational program, including developmental records * Interacting respectfully and positively with children and families * Working positively, respectfully, and collaboratively with a large, diverse team * Maintaining a current understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standards * Supporting and contributing to all diversity, equity, and inclusion activities * Demonstrating a commitment to professional development and continuous improvement * Undertaking the Responsible Person and/or Room Leader roles as required * Following approved policies and procedures to help keep children safe, including child protection, supervision, health, and wellbeing **About Us** U@MQ Ltd is a not-for-profit, controlled entity of Macquarie University known as Campus Life.
