We’re seeking a dedicated**Educator** to play an important role supporting our centre team to help create a nurturing, engaging environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn. **What you’ll do** * Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). * Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children. * Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members. * Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children. * Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS). **What you’ll bring** * A genuine commitment to child safety and wellbeing & alignment to our Busy Bee values. * Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards). * Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain) and WWCC. * Experience within Australia working as an Educator within the ECEC industry. **Why Busy Bees?** Because we offer the B.E.E.S. advantage: Better pay.
