We’re seeking a **passionate and dedicated Educator** to join our team at **Busy Bees at Geelong West** , located at **151 Church Street, Geelong West VIC 3218** , on a full-time basis. You will play an important role in supporting the delivery of high-quality education and care, helping to create a nurturing and engaging environment where children thrive. ## ## **What you’ll do** * Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) * Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children * Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members * Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children * Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS) ## **What you’ll bring** * A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values * Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care * Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain) * Valid **Working with Children Check (Employee)** for VIC * Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded * Strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach ## ## **Why Busy Bees?** Because we offer the B.E.E.S. advantage: Better pay.
