We are seeking an Educational Content Production Associate, Copy to help create, maintain, and scale instructional content across our educational experiences. This role is responsible for developing clear, user-friendly written content that supports learning, project completion, and product adoption. The ideal candidate is a strong instructional writer who can translate complex processes into simple, easy-to-follow guidance. You will work closely with content creators, video producers, and cross-functional partners to develop written instructions, educational resources, and video scripts that deliver a consistent and effective learning experience. Responsibilities * Write, edit, and maintain instructional content across educational platforms and learning experiences. * Develop detailed, step-by-step project instructions that help users successfully complete projects and activities. * Create and refine scripts for educational videos, including voiceover (VO) narration and supporting content. * Collaborate closely with video production, design, product, and education teams to ensure alignment between written and visual content. * Review and update existing content to improve clarity, accuracy, consistency, and user experience. * Establish and maintain consistent tone, terminology, formatting, and instructional standards across all educational materials. * Manage high volumes of content updates while maintaining quality and attention to detail. * Incorporate feedback from stakeholders
