About the role Everway seeks expert Educational Consultants to deliver high-quality professional learning experiences that help educators implement Everway solutions with confidence and impact. As an Educational Consultant, you are responsible for planning, delivering, and preparing professional learning experiences and job embedded coaching using research-based instructional strategies supported by our solutions and messaging that resonate with educators. The highest volume of work typically occurs during the back-to-school season from late July through mid-September. Assignments may also occur throughout the year, and consultants may be asked to conduct sessions outside the peak season. Sessions may include virtual delivery, in-person delivery, short sessions, full-day sessions, preparation time, follow-up tasks, and related administrative responsibilities.
