Must Have
Baccalaureate degree in nursing OR Associate Degree in Nursing with 3 years of relevant Experience, Recent experience with staff health care education, Certification specialty area within 6 months of meeting certification requirements, Chemotherapy Certification within 3 months of meeting certification requirements

Evaluate clinical skills performance
Coordinate new hire competency education
Participate in new hire competency education
Coordinate annual competency education

Maintain competency in technical skills
Function as expert resource for technical skills
