What You'll Do.
Lead education/training strategy
Develop action plan for business growth
Identify relevant HQ education programs
Prepare training modules and plans
Conduct training sessions
Follow up on training results
Evaluate training results
Coach and develop Beauty Advisors
Evaluate training success
Develop further training needs
Execute training for sales team
Raise information for training needs
Ensure compliance with brand policies
Assist Brand Team in launching events
Assist Brand Team in principal store visits
Prepare monthly training reports
Submit monthly training reports
Deliver training evaluation reports
Deliver development reports
Manage new product launches
Manage campaign launches
Implement product knowledge across field teams
Perform beauty classes
