What They're Looking For.

Must Have

At least 5 years of professional training experience, Proven experience in instructional design theory, curriculum building, or other educational development skills, organizational, communication, and presentation skills, Hands-on experience with e-learning, video, and other learning creation and design software (i. e. , Articulate, Camtasia, Vimeo, Figma, etc.), Proficiency in MS Office 365 Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, A passion for connecting and resonating with a professional audience, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet deadlines, High computer literacy and an ability to learn new systems quickly, Bachelor’s degree in education, training and development, marketing, or related experience/certifications, Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

Experience in the property and casualty insurance industry

What You'll Do.

Develop best-in-class curriculum and training materials

Educate external and internal stakeholders on SageSure’s products and processes

Identify education opportunities

Develop and facilitate webinars

Create and update training documents and videos

Manage marketing materials for insurance products

Lead overall curriculum strategy

Apply instructional design and adult learning principles

Produce informative and highly engaging content

Develop and nurture key partnerships with subject matter experts

Support all product launches and change management

Monitor internal and external feedback

Identify and monitor KPIs

Stay on top of learning trends

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Works closely with the Marketing, Sales, Policy Services, Underwriting, and Product Development teams; Develop and nurture key partnerships with subject matter experts across the organization; Consulting trainers from across the organization

Communication Scope

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Presentation skills

Process & Methodology

Curriculum strategy execution, Needs assessment, Design, Iteration, Evaluation
