Deep knowledge of Black Sea and European grains and oilseeds markets, Experience in price reporting or commodity market journalism, Proven ability to produce rigorous, market-grounded assessments, Clear, concise, and analytically sharp writing skills, Familiarity with IOSCO principles, Good organizational skills, Confidence to coordinate and support a small team, Comfort engaging externally with traders, exporters, merchandisers, and other market participants at a senior level, Proactive, problem-solving mindset, Commitment to editorial integrity and accuracy

Prior team leadership or line management experience, Language skills relevant to the Black Sea region, Experience presenting at conferences, webinars, or industry events, Familiarity with financial and physical derivatives

Own daily publication of price assessments

Act as senior pricing resource for team
Guide pricing decisions
Set standard for rigorous methodology
Drive production of original market content
Lead day-to-day management of team

Support professional development
Build market knowledge
