We are looking for an experienced and creative Editor of Strategic Verticals to lead editorial coverage, storytelling, and digital audience growth for CNBC’s premium verticals, including Inside Wealth, CNBC Sport, Property Play and Options Action. This editor will play a central role in shaping the online editorial vision for each vertical, driving day-to-day and longer-term coverage plans, and developing original stories that make these franchises essential to subscribers. The role requires someone who can identify sharp angles, create compelling storylines, elevate reporting, and ensure each vertical consistently delivers distinctive, high-value journalism across platforms. This role requires a strong story editing, excellent headline writing, sound news judgment, and the ability to manage multiple reporters, contributors, and on-air personalities under tight deadlines.
