Must Have
High school diploma or GED required, Must be at least 21 years of age, able to obtain/maintain all state-required cannabis badging, which includes a pre-employment background check, Possess a valid driver’s license or state ID card, capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking for long durations, ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 pounds
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles preferred
What You'll Do.
Assist with the preparation and packaging of cannabis-infused edibles under the supervision of the Kitchen Lead
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to ensure safe and efficient kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
including regular cleaning of equipment and workspaces
Maintain accurate and detailed records of production activities
including ingredient usage
and inventory management
Assist with inventory management
including receiving and storing ingredients and supplies
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to food safety and cannabis production

Overview: The Edibles Technician will report to the Edibles Lead and assist with the preparation and packaging of cannabis-infused edibles. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in culinary arts and cannabis processing, a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Responsibilities: Assist with the preparation and packaging of cannabis-infused edibles under the supervision of the Kitchen Lead.
