What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Two years of experience in a general production, Experience in a regulated field producing for human consumption, Demonstrate a clear understanding of recipes, Demonstrate a clear understanding of food production, Demonstrate a clear understanding of kitchen sanitation, Effective task-management skills, Ability to multi-task, Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment, Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time, Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level, Must be 21 years of age or older, Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry, Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis
Nice to Have
Experience in a production-heavy kitchen is a plus
What You'll Do.
Assist kitchen staff in daily production
Execute batch production as assigned
Continuously improve production efficiency
Adhere to manufacturing formula standard operating procedures
Ensure potency and homogenization
Identify and troubleshoot issues causing damaged edibles
Maintain a clean and safe production environment
Assist in labeling edibles for final sale
Assist in packaging edibles for final sale
Assist in tracking edibles for final sale
Ensure personal hygiene is acceptable
Don personal protective equipment
Complete sanitation of production equipment
Complete sanitation of tools
Complete sanitation of workspace
Complete sanitation of cookware
Complete sanitation of appliances
Assist in cross-departmental training
Assist in task completion
