What You'll Do.

Configure ANSI 834 files

Gather carrier requirements

Provide support for file integrations

Provide support for data reconciliation

Manage integrated carrier files

Manage payroll vendor APIs

Support renewal processes

Support open enrollment processes

Oversee shared EDI inbox

Maintain project documentation

Manage broker relationships

Maintain individual caseload

Assist with workload balancing

Assist with performance reviews

Assist with team-building

Lead daily scrum meetings

Serve as first point of escalation
