Position Summary The EDI Associate is responsible for the day-to-day execution of order management, shipping, and receiving activities within our V2C and B2C business models. This role ensures that data flows accurately between our vendor partners and our internal systems, including SAP, EDI Portal, and the Order Management Systems. The Associate serves as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, ensuring a high level of service and operational efficiency for key accounts. Core Responsibilities Order Management & Systems Execution * Data Processing: Perform daily order entry, expediting, and shipment information updates for major retail partners. * Order Management Operations: Execute daily shipping and receiving tasks and perform necessary "order fixes" within the Order Management System to ensure fulfillment accuracy. * Technical Monitoring: Utilize SAP and EDI Portal to monitor order flow and identify any technic
