What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–5 years of related experience in customer service, order management, or EDI operations, High School Diploma or equivalent, written, verbal, and telephone skills with a focus on professional, "customer-first" interactions, High degree of accuracy in data entry and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree, familiarity with EDI/API platforms and order management hubs, Hockey & Sports Knowledge, Sports Enthusiast: Knowledge of major sports leagues (NHL/NBA/NFL/MLS/MLB) would be an asset
What You'll Do.

ensuring a high level of service and operational efficiency for key accounts
Perform daily order entry
and shipment information updates for major retail partners
Execute daily shipping and receiving tasks and perform necessary "order fixes" within the Order Management System to ensure fulfillment accuracy
Utilize SAP and EDI Portal to monitor order flow and identify any technical discrepancies or transmission errors that require attention
Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle for e-commerce orders
ensuring direct-to-consumer fulfillment requirements are met with precision
quoted pricing and inventory availability to customers as required through established channels
Act as the frontline contact for vendor partners
responding to all inquiries via email or phone in a professional
Investigate and resolve customer concerns regarding order status
Notify customers and internal stakeholders immediately regarding supply chain issues and assist in providing alternative solutions
Partner with Operations and other departments to ensure order flows align with broader business goals
Actively participate in training to expand technical proficiency in SAP and EDI processing
Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of daily operations and provide specific recommendations to the EDI Manager
