What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–5 years of related experience in customer service, order management, or EDI operations, High School Diploma or equivalent, Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP, written, verbal, and telephone skills with a focus on professional, "customer-first" interactions, High degree of accuracy in data entry, proactive approach to problem-solving
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree, familiarity with EDI/API platforms and order management hubs, Hockey & Sports Knowledge, Knowledge of major sports leagues (NHL/NBA/NFL/MLS/MLB)
What You'll Do.
Perform daily order entry
Execute daily shipping and receiving tasks
Perform order fixes within Order Management System
Monitor order flow using SAP and EDI Portal
Manage end-to-end order lifecycle for e-commerce orders
Provide accurate pricing and inventory availability
Respond to vendor inquiries via email or phone
Investigate and resolve customer concerns
Notify customers of supply chain issues
Partner with Operations for order flow alignment
Participate in training for SAP and EDI processing
Identify opportunities to improve daily operations

Position Summary The EDI Associate is responsible for the day-to-day execution of order management, shipping, and receiving activities within our V2C and B2C business models. This role ensures that data flows accurately between our vendor partners and our internal systems, including SAP, EDI Portal, and the Order Management Systems. The Associate serves as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, ensuring a high level of service and operational efficiency for key accounts.
