What You'll Do.

Provide basic patient care

Perform vital sign measurement

Provide personal care and hygiene

Assist with patient mobility

Perform basic wound care

Complete patient rounding

Provide 1:1 patient safety companion service

Act as liaison between patient and nurse

Report changes and concerns

Provide high level customer service

Provide accurate documentation

Participate in handoff report

Perform delegated tasks

Complete patient screenings

Promote quality and safety

Improve processes and systems

Enhance patient care delivery

Work under considerable stress
