Must Have
At least 3 years of hands-on development experience in vehicles, in-vehicle ECUs, or automotive components., Experience in system design and/or software/hardware development for embedded products., Knowledge of in-vehicle communication protocols such as CAN and LIN., communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders., Japanese: Native level, English: Basic conversational level or above
Nice to Have
Knowledge of functional safety standards (e. g. , ISO 26262) and cybersecurity standards., Basic knowledge of C programming or model-based development (MATLAB/Simulink)., Business-level English proficiency (experience working with overseas offices or global OEMs is a plus).
