Must Have
Active BPSS Clearance required, SAP Payroll Consultant experience required, Experience across multiple SAP project lifecycles required, Functional HCM knowledge required, SAP ECP and Employee Central integration experience required, Expertise in writing Payroll PCRs and SCHEMAs required, Understanding of end-to-end payroll processing required, UK and/or KSA Payroll experience required, Written and verbal communication skills required, Stakeholder management skills required, Presentation skills required, Ability to work collaboratively required
Nice to Have
Experience working within multi-supplier delivery environments preferred, Knowledge of ABAP, BASIS, Security, and Integration concepts preferred, Experience integrating with third-party vendor systems preferred, Public sector experience preferred

Support cutover activities
Support Early Life Support activities

Maintain documentation

Support project planning activities
Provide support across payroll
Provide support across personnel administration
Provide support across country legal change activities
Maintain Payroll PCRs
Write Payroll SCHEMAs
Maintain Payroll SCHEMAs
Support interfaces with third-party vendors
Support interfaces with integrated systems
Communicate effectively with stakeholders
Deliver presentations to stakeholders
Provide updates to stakeholders
