What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Ph. D. in econometrics, statistics, industrial engineering, operations research, optimization, data mining, analytics, or equivalent quantitative field, Experience in econometrics, Experience with statistical analytics and programming languages, Experience working with large, complex data sets
Nice to Have
Experience statistical modeling, Experience developing experimental and analytic plans, Experience with SQL or distributed computing frameworks, Research experience involving counterfactual estimation or policy evaluation
What You'll Do.
Develop and test extensions to dynamic econometric framework
Incorporate Gen AI methodology
Design and implement models to reconcile counterfactual estimates
Reconcile estimates with experimental treatment effects
Conduct econometric analyses on large-scale customer behavior panel
Quantify model performance using validation metrics
Identify sources of bias
Communicate findings to science leadership
Communicate findings to business stakeholders
