We started in London, but have expanded to have operations in Melbourne, Sydney, Sofia, and Trivandrum with 200+ team members serving 45+ international brands. We're looking to hire an experienced **eCommerce Solutions Consultant** to join our team in India. The role of the Solutions Consultant requires proven experience in delivering high-quality e-commerce solutions as you'll be working with the client stakeholders, internal technical team and related third parties to analyse, design and document technical solutions to meet the business objectives. The role covers the full project life cycle from the elicitation of business requirements through to user acceptance testing and implementation of the system/s. The core responsibilities include: * Conducting client research and analysis of the current technology stack in use capability. * Lead platform-agnostic discoveries and suggest the best-fitting solutions that are logical, meet business needs, and are platform-appropriate. * Leading re-platform projects for eCommerce platforms end to end. * Leading Mobile App projects. * Create, own, and manage functional scope. * Understand the client's business needs and process. * Help our clients with building their road maps and backlog grooming of requirements. **Requirements** **Core Requirements** * Leading discovery workshops to gather business requirements, understand the current state and develop technical requirements. * Translating outputs from discovery workshops into JIRA Epics and User Stories, along with presenting highly technical concepts to external/internal senior business stakeholders. * Understanding of the full eCommerce product life cycle, including back-end systems (OMS, PIM, ERP, etc).
