Must Have
Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience working in eCommerce environments is required., Direct experience with eCommerce platforms supporting product catalogs, checkout and purchase flows, and subscription-based or renewal-driven lifecycle models is required., Practical experience working directly in eCommerce platforms, including basic HTML/JavaScript familiarity to inspect and validate customer flows and performing configuration-level changes using administrative interfaces., Experience with specific eCommerce platforms or vendors (e. g. , Stripe, Maxio, Salesforce, WHMCS)., Familiarity with common eCommerce tooling like Goggle Analytics, UserPilot, HubSpot, and Craft CMS., Proven ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements or user stories for engineering teams., Experience coordinating cross-functional eCommerce initiatives or campaigns., communication, organization, and execution skills.
