Must Have
2–4 years of experience in marketing, eCommerce, or digital operations, Hands-on Shopify familiarity, Comfortable navigating platform settings, third-party apps, and basic storefront configurations, Highly professional and confident communicating with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders at all levels, Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
Nice to Have
Shopify Plus familiarity a plus, Exposure to B2B eCommerce or enterprise purchasing environments, Familiarity with Salesforce, ERP platforms, or middleware tools, Experience working alongside implementation partners, IT teams, or app vendors, Understanding of UX/UI best practices and front-end performance basics
What You'll Do.
Maintain and update PAR's Shopify Plus storefronts
Support modernization of existing storefronts
Create and update storefront assets
Serve as primary point of contact for storefront
Troubleshoot issues on behalf of franchisees
Diagnose why something isn't working
Coordinate with IT or platform support to resolve
Manage user access and account setup for enterprise
Translate unique operator or operational needs into practical
Communicate needs clearly to internal teams
Know when it's working correctly
Act as connective tissue between what franchisees need
