What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4 to 7 years of specialized experience across eCommerce, CRO, Growth, Digital Product, or Performance Marketing roles, Proven success in directly improving the performance of landing pages, digital funnels, or conversion rates, Active, daily practice of using AI tools, showing a genuine enthusiasm for applying AI technology to enhance operational workflows, experimentation loops, and overall user experiences, Practical, hands-on capabilities with key web experimentation, analytics, and behavioral analysis platforms such as GA4, Hotjar, VWO, Mixpanel, or comparable tools, Deep understanding of CRO methodologies, user behavior dynamics, funnel optimization strategies, and the customer decision-making process, Proven experience collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams across Marketing, Revenue, Product, or Engineering functions, Customer-Centric Thinker, Ownership, Data-Driven, Structured Thinking, Experimentation Mindset, Systems Thinker, Strong Collaborator
