The Logistics & E-commerce Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless movement of goods across France, the UK, and the EU. This role is responsible for managing all logistics operations, customs compliance, and e-commerce fulfilment activities with precision and efficiency. The successful candidate will be a key contributor to operational excellence, supporting our stores and online channels while upholding the highest standards of compliance, service, and sustainability. Main Responsibilities * Organise and monitor all import/export shipments across the UK and France/EU. * Ensure secure, timely, and cost-effective deliveries of finished jewellery, diamonds, e-commerce orders, and packaging/VM. * Instruct carriers on appropriate customs regimes and maintain expert knowledge of Incoterms. * Support France stores with shipments to the UK Head Office. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date logistics records and trackers. * Review and process logistics invoices in SAP. * Oversee the hallmarking process in coordination with stores and carriers. * Manage customs declarations with carriers, ensuring accuracy and compliance. * Maintain expert-level knowledge of French Incoterms and customs procedures. * Ensure full regulatory compliance for jewellery, stones, and precious metals. * Act as the primary contact for customs
